I offer full day and multi day programs that can be customized to meet your groups needs. Interdisciplinary training programs may include a variety of activities such as reflective listening and movement practices, tools for building interpersonal awareness, interactive theater games and creative writing, and other team building activities that promote embodied learning, enhance creativity and connection, and engaging critical thinking through a guided process .
